Founded in 1992, Design Builders, Inc. is a licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractor, Rough Wood Carpentry Framing & Concrete Contractor based in Mira Loma, California .  We specialize in residential and commercial construction throughout Southern California . Our company has assembled the finest team of supervisors, administrative personnel, carpenters and concrete field personnel in the industry. Through our efforts and teamwork that Design Builders, Inc. has pioneered innovations and advances in the construction industry.

As framing contractors, our scope of work typically includes everything from the construction of floors, walls, roofs, sheathing, soffits and fascias to the installation of doors, windows and stairs.  We can also customize our scope to respond to the varied needs of our builder clients. Design Builders, Inc. is experienced in many facets of construction, such as, remodel, retrofit, and new construction of residential and commercial projects. Our expertise in our management and our knowledge of the industry has enabled us to construct and complete several projects per year.

In expanding to continually enhance our services to our clients, we have also become a leading concrete contractor.  Our team has the capability of installing footings, formed walls, retaining walls, flat work, paving, foundations, and concrete slabs.  We use fiber mesh, wire mesh or rebar to stabilize the concrete structure.  Our trained concrete finishers have years of experience in concrete.

Design Builders, Inc. has completed a variety of construction projects, including tenant improvements and renovation of malls, restaurants and commercial properties. Some of our recent projects include new construction of several restaurants, such as, Chili’s Bar and Grill in Westwood, Johnny Carino’s in Victorville and Saddle Ranch Chop House at Universal City Walk. Other recent projects include commercial tenant improvements and modifications, such as, Lakewood Mall, Santa Fe Springs Mall and Carmenita Plaza .  Design Builders, Inc. prides itself in building beautiful quality custom residential homes, as well.  Several of these projects were done in Big Bear and currently we have 2 custom homes priced at over 1 million dollars each here in Southern California .
